Gabe is The Ciderologist. Through world class and award-winning writing, teaching, tasting, training and judging, Gabe is changing the way the world thinks and drinks cider. A independent global cider expert with 15 years experience of working with the fermented apple, from small farmhouse ciders makers, all the way up to the world’s largest. Great to have access to such a great range of ciders so close to home. Come and share the passion for cider in this tasting.

Melissa Cole’s passion in life is getting people to learn as little, or as much, as they want about what she considers the finest social lubricant known to humankind – beer. Respected the world over for her fine palate, she is invited to judge at competitions in New Zealand, the US and Brazil, as well as closer to home in the UK and across Europe. The brewers are always keen to share their knowledge and the selection is always changing. Awesome craft beers!
