TOAST PALE ALE
Toast Pale Ale is an award-winning craft beer brewed with surplus fresh bread that would otherwise be wasted. Pours a golden colour with a silky head that retains well. The aroma is a combination of toasted malt and citrusy, fruity aromas, a pleasantly and moderately hopped Ale.
This was named best beer in Wales last year, beating all those pale and golden numbers out there. Dark matter has deep liquorice and coffee flavours which make for an awesome porter. Balanced perfectly by the late addition of Bramling Cross hops
One of the first UK beers to use Citra, a US-based citrus hop, this champion beer flavours of grassy hops and citrus will dominate the palate with a light and refreshing dry finish.
